Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of easyclientgrowth.com and any engagement you enter into with Tasty Directives LLC d/b/a EasyClientGrowth ("EasyClientGrowth," "we," "us"). By engaging us or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of services

EasyClientGrowth provides The Booked & Busy System ("the Build"): a done-for-you marketing system that includes positioning, a conversion-focused website, paid traffic setup, email nurture, CRM configuration, AI-visibility setup, and 30 days of post-launch optimization. Specific deliverables, exclusions, and timelines for each engagement are confirmed in writing (the "Statement of Work" or "SOW") before work begins.

2. Payment terms

The Build is billed at a one-time flat investment of $7,777 USD, payable up front, or via a 3-pay installment plan at the same total at no additional cost. Optional managed-services tiers (Continued, Accelerated) are billed monthly and described separately on the Service. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in Section 3.

3. The 30-day guarantee

If, within thirty (30) calendar days following the launch of your completed Build (the "Launch Date"), no qualified discovery calls have been booked through the system, EasyClientGrowth will continue performing optimization work at no additional cost until the first qualified call is booked. "Qualified" means a discovery call that meets the criteria agreed in writing in your SOW (typically: an inbound prospect matching the agreed Ideal Client Profile and average client value, who attends the scheduled call).

The guarantee assumes the client has fulfilled their obligations: providing platform access, running the agreed minimum ad spend uninterrupted during the 30-day window, attending scheduled review calls, and approving creative within the agreed turnaround. The guarantee does not entitle the client to a cash refund.

4. Refund policy

Outside the 30-day guarantee, all fees are non-refundable. If you cancel the Build before completion, fees paid to date cover work performed; remaining installments are due in accordance with the SOW.

5. Intellectual property & ownership of deliverables

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced for them in the Build (the website code in the client's hosting account, written copy, ad creative, automation flows in the client's CRM). EasyClientGrowth retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, internal templates, software, and any pre-existing IP. EasyClientGrowth may use anonymized performance data and case-study material for portfolio purposes; named case studies require written consent.

6. Client responsibilities

To be a fit, the client must: (a) maintain a working ad account in the client's name with funded payment, (b) maintain a CRM/email platform, (c) provide timely access, brand assets, and approvals, (d) attend scheduled strategy and review calls, and (e) operate in good faith. Delays caused by client unavailability extend timelines but do not entitle the client to refunds.

7. Limitation of liability

EasyClientGrowth's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or any engagement, regardless of the legal theory, is limited to the fees actually paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. EasyClientGrowth is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. We make no guarantee of specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes beyond the express 30-day guarantee in Section 3.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it solely to deliver or receive the Service.

9. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by an updated "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
